Most ranges are made available on an ex-stock basis. We currently hold over 18,000 ‘Lakes’ items in stock and this level is constantly reviewed to ensure we mirror sales demand, with a reserve stock of two month’s sales. Products are housed in three warehouses at our Head Office in Tewkesbury and are delivered by our own fleet and a specialist fragile goods haulage company. Both methods ensure products are delivered within 3 working days and in many areas arrive next day.
Large or small, we see all our trade relationships as a partnership, with a service which goes far beyond the simple supply of enclosures, doors and screens.
Product training at branch level is a cornerstone of this approach and our team of eight Area Sales Managers gives full UK coverage and helps to ensure our end users always understand the benefits of choosing Lakes.
Our sales team is complemented by five highly trained Service Engineers who can assist with any technical issues and, if required, provide a fit out service for showroom displays.
